@weedle I put up what is a very basic, clunky website nearly three years ago on no money, with no idea of the extraordinary response it would drive. Have had no funds to build it out or develop it since. Unfortunately, even that one very basic point of 'some people like this, some people don't, talk and find out' does need to be made, as you'll see if you check out the 'About' page on the site for just some of the thousands of emails I've received from young and old, male and female, from all around the world, that demonstrate why this is an issue.

Just to clarify - MakeLoveNotPorn is not anti-porn. As you can hear me state in the video, I'm entirely pro-porn and watch it regularly myself. The issue I'm tackling is not porn, but the complete lack in our society of an open healthy dialogue around sex and porn, that would enable people to bring a real-world mindset to viewing what is essentially artificial entertainment.

@santac @boniface Interesting argument :) However, do check out the 'About' page on http://makelovenotporn.com/... to see just some of the emails I receive every day that demonstrate why this is an issue for people whatever their level of smarts. You can be as bright as hell, but if your parents were too embarrassed to ever talk to you about sex, your school never featured sex education on the curriculum (the US is far, far behind the Netherlands in this respect, let alone the rest of the world - a lot of MakeLoveNotPorn's traffic comes from countries like China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia) and your friends are no better informed, then yes, you will believe that what you see in hardcore porn is the way that you have sex. :(
