Gustavo Cerviño was out enjoying a day at the beach and practicing his kitesurfing when out of nowhere, a dog sprinted at him and began to attack. He had to wrestle with the dog to get it off of him, and thankfully, a nearby beach-goer rushed to his aid. He was then taken to the hospital where he had to have 18 stitches in his arm. Authorities weren't able to identify the dog's owner at the time, but Gustavo is hoping that city officials will get involved now that his video is going viral.
