After the collision he seemed fine but directly after I've told him there was a hole in my motorcycle he was suddenly in a hurry. Making up excuses he was on the bike for a long time (he actually lives within a few 100 meters from the accident) and wanted to wrap things up quickly. After giving 2 false phonenumbers, that I called on the spot but were not in service, he decided his work was more important than fixing the mess he created and fled the scene...
